Hello Rob,   well some of us did attend the meeting today.   I arrived early realy just to see who was there,   and low and behold there were 2 members of caranua there,  namely Phyllis Morgan and Sally Mulready.  We were not aware that these 2 would be there,  anyway as soon as Eileen started to talk Mrs Mulready stood up and had a nasty confontation with Eileen I think the problem was that Eileen had sent an unpleasant email to Phyllis,  all hell was let loose for a few minutes,  this is no way to behave,   so the agenda was altered somewhat. Eileen was not aware of the amount of salary that mary Higgins is receiving,  most of the ladies at the meeting would prefer to have a cash settlement as opposed to other help. We asked Eileen to pick up our case and run with it but we must all stand together we seem to be splintered right now,  anyway another meeting is forecast for either January or February,  I shall attend.  There were other people at the meeting too,   2 were lawyers and a physcaritrist ,  the latter did go on some,  she did cover a few things but I was getting fed up I think she likes the sound of her own voice the other young solicitor started talking but forget to announce who she,  I had to ask her. The other solicitor started talking about the culture of Ireland but he did stray in his talk.  I just hope Eileen will act on our behalf and stop our money floating away   enough from me thanks

Comment by Kathleen O'Malley. on Thursday

A Member of the Council of State was allegedly ejected from a Legal Seminiar at Westminster University this morning Thursday.

The meeting was held for Survivors to express their discontent with the operations within   Caranua and the Statutory Fund.

When I arrived this exhibition had taken place.

Is this the expected conduct of a Councillor.
