TO ALL SURVIVORS,

As Minister Jan O’Sullivan is new to her job, would it be at all possible that we could band together and ask the Minister to meet with a group of survivors so that we can voice our ISSUES with the Caranua program. As Caranua was developed for the survivors and because most if not all are already entitled to these services offered either by age, medical card or through social circumstance the Caranua program IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Minister Quinn, did say he would review the program in 2015, the new Minister needs to review it with URGENCY NOW! We need to have an account from the Minister as to what is happening to our SURVIVORS MONEY AND BECASUE ITS OUR MONEY WE NEED TO BE KEPT INFORMAED OF SPENDING. We would like to know from Minister Jan O’Sullivan about the interest on the 110 Million and where it is being banked, also where the rental income from properties given to survivors by the religious is being banked on our behalf , and what is happening to the original 110 Million.

		(3) The Minister shall, in so far as is practicable, ensure an equitable balance between men and women in the composition of the Board.
		(4) The members of the Board shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, hold office on such terms and conditions (including terms and conditions relating to the payment of allowances for expenses) as may be determined by the Minister, with the approval of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform.
		(5) In performing its functions, the Board shall act in utmost good faith with due care, skill and diligence.
		(6) The provisions of the Schedule shall have effect in relation to the Board.

(3) The Board shall comply with a direction under this section.

Hello Corwyn.  The Political Parties (Governments) Set It Up That Irish Law Forms Will Be On The Side Of The Guilty Parties (Governments).  Are You Not Already Pursuing Justice Alone (Without A Solicitor)?

I think I just fit into existing now. I read a statement once that it helps to heal if people forgive the perpetrators......

They are sadists and they don't care about anybody.

The only way to represent yourselves withot a Solicitor is by ALL Survivors getting together where they can Prove they are in the Majority and that Survivors Groups are Unrepresentative. I believe that this website can bee the Place? So Recruit Members who were in the Industrial Schools.

Hi All, another very important questions that needs answered is - If Caranua has spent approx.: €40+ million so far from the original €110 million plus properties, rental income and land. Why has even one cent been spent from the original €110 million the interest alone from a fund worth €110 million would be worth more then the €40+ million spent to date. The wool is being pulled over our eyes, as the €110 would be earning approx.: €10,000 per day and that's just in a post office account, and this fund is in more than likely a very large investment portfolio for the powers that be to make even more money from us all. We must all be on the same page to fight the fight as the government would pick us off one by one if the see anyone of us falter. Barbara

Yes and how much of this 40 million is caranua expenses ie wages, 20k meetings in posh hotels payments to the church under the guise of towards healing invoices and what ever else it is corrupt people get up to when given access to 110 million

What would be peoples thoughts on having a legal team taking control of this fund and delivering the funds to survivors, just a thought im putting out there, at least we could deal with such in a logical manner rather than the absurd corruption that passes for caranua.
