Well thank you for sharing the information .its defently very strange that every time mr walsh 1 and two comment its to say that by asking questions we are harming the cause of all the survivers.i dont know why we are in no way answered. its very differcult to be rendered powerless over our own buisness. since thay wont listen at all to what our real needs are. as for education well he could do with a bit of that himself.

Why o why is Mr Walsh and the rest of these groups still been funded the Irish Government and religious orders know they are of no benefit to survivors, will they ever listen I think not.If you can not answer questions you should not be in that position. Many survivors living outside Ireland would never get any information expect for Paddy Doyle and The Shame Of Ireland which we are very grateful for.

And there wont be either Robert. These Idiots are under the Impression that WE the Survivors do not need to know what went on between these GANGSTERS who tell the world that their Aims are to help Survivors, when we ALL know their aims are to help themselves, which is exactly what they are doing.

It is Useless really talking, and writing about these Gangsters, as they only laugh at us. Action is required, this is the only way they will listen. Believe me the only way to take these CROOKS on is (LEGALLY) no other way. They dont care what people say about them, but they will be very worried when a LEGAL person speaks.

Thank you Micheal for your answer, I was not having a go at you; My outrage was at the Minister for Education and Skills and others that were at the Meeting your Website had disclosed some of the information, which I have read and commented on.

You could post the Minutes here too?

I will obviously comment on your Website because this Website is Private and any Content Posted here is not available to Non Members.

Well Robert many perents like my mother made a new life for themselves. She had children who when she died  took care of themselves. i was told by my half sister that our mother was dearly loved but that now she was dead she wanted nothing to do with me.. So thats that. there is no way of protecting ourselves when things like this happens. the pain is like a slap in the face.. When i read your posts i dont feel homesick any more. i thought i was missing out on things but its better that way as the groups just upset people.

Sadly the legacy taught to suvivors by the Religious is of a disfunctional nature. Brothers and Sisters bickering with each other petty jealousy and now it is happening on the websites connected to us.  I have withdrawn my comments as even I was got at by parties who I would prefer not to give  control to by mentioning their names.  I was also accused of promoting my Book.  My Book exposes some of what happened to us as children surely this is a good thing putting it out there, by exposing it?. Survivors not all of course do not know how to accept a well meaning act and for as long as this negative approach continues there will be no moving forward.  I prefer to live my life to the full and walk away from what I had to accept as a child.  I visited U.S.A. last year and was saddened to hear by people I met, who also choose not to communicate further, on our sites due to the in house fighting.

Robert, I admire your support, energy and  good will to continue doing the work you do.  I have come to the conclusion Irish people enjoy putting each other down.  i.e. The Country folk refer to the people from Dublin as "Dublin Jackeens and the Dubliners call the Country folk Culchies.  What a shame a small Country  such as Ireland can not be more united and be  proud to be Irish.  Personally I have no loyality to  Ireland still saddened  when I read such negativity.
