Ferryhouse Refectory (circa mid-60s) - note the place settings. This is a photo taken prior to an Inspector calling. The place settings are plastic cups and plates ... pink and blue. When the 'inspection' was finished all this stuff was taken away until the next 'inspection' - for meals we had a tin plate, a tin or enamel mug and a spoon.
