Happy Birthday Margaret!
Hello margaret, not sure if this will help, most areas do free, or nearly free courses on computers, you can tell them all you want to do is learn how to type, and understand computer jargon, I learned in an after school envornment, with many people like myself, It is handy when dealy with the government bodys, as you correspondence is electronice, so gets to its destination in seconds, Just one thing to bear in mind, thnk before you type, or put your brain in gear, cos what you send , cannot be unsent, The course was about 2 eoros, and most of the time it was free. You should check i out if you can. Hope this was helpfull Margaret.
Hi Margaret, when Caranua first came on stream they had a set of guidelines for survivors to apply for assistance. In the past couple of years Caranua change the guidelines to a set of new one for survivors to apply for assistance in the new set of guidelines "Second set of Guidelines" you are Limited or capped at €15,000 worth of services once you use up the Limit or cap your case will be closed off and you will no longer be entitled to any services that would require a payment. As a survivor you can still apply for services under the original guidelines or you can use the new second guidelines for application under the cap.
