Just being going through updated guidelines on caranua, well well well,  now those of us in private rented housing can apply for home improvements, extract from new guidelines

You can apply for housing support no matter what type

of accommodation you live in. It could be a house, an

apartment or a caravan. It doesn’t matter if you own it,

have a mortgage on it or are renting it. It’s your home

and you’re entitled to apply to us for assistance that will

€43 million paid out to survivors it proudly states on caranua website, should it not say, 43 million paid to business's to provide services to survivors as we are not trusted to make these payments ourselves, despite the fact the fund is being overcharged by certain companies and the cost of issuing those fexco vouchers, or the lies one has to come up with if you wish to keep your history private when dealing with service providers. Im sure theres a word for it,

Caranua asked the last governement to be allowed to claim the tax back on payments made from the fund in order to return it to the fund, they were told no. to tax survivours shame on you enda kenny, shame on you jan o sulivan. 

While there hashing out there agenda, make sure your voice is heard, as caranua is under the control of the dept of education this is the route to have our kids included in the fund, i have talked to people in caranua who would like to see this happen, so start sending emails, making phone calls we wont get a better time to be heard.

Hi all caranuas revolting customer charter is onsite, they will now try an sanction you for varying offences such as asking for something more thanonce, shocking, use the compliant forms and feedback forms on the caranua website to bombard them, as these will play a part infuture reviews of caranua. we need to keep pushing every way we can, michael
