environment that encourages such abuse

Mary Higgins given a talk on this the master of abuse, laughable think she talking about Caranua and the goverment  here

Anti-social Personalities: Anti-social Organisations. What has been learned from ‘institutional abuse’?

Over recent years, there have been more and more revelations as to the extent of abuse occuring within institutions– even those that might be seen as dedicated to care, such as schools, hospitals and care homes.

We are interested in understanding more about the abuse that takes place in such institutional contexts. Can we understand more about how institutions allow such abusive individuals to operate, or perhaps they can even create an environment that encourages such abuse, or attracts those that abuse?

Speakers will include:
Dr Earl Hopper (Group Analyst and editor of Trauma and Organisations)

Dr Camillus Metcalfe (author of For God’s Sake: The Hidden Life of Irish Nuns)

Mary Higgins (CEO, Caranua- the Independent Irish State body for survivors of Institutional Abuse)

Dr Mary Lodato

Richard Morgan-Jones (Psychotherapist and organizational consultant, author of ‘The Body of The Organization and its Health)

these places attract predaters. Thay get on well with those in power. Once in thay abuse the power thay have to blame others. Including thier victims . lying doesnt bother them.
