I am uncertain of the Next Step as I am unfamiliar with the working of the Irish Parliament

Can anyone answer the Question

"Does the Unless the Seanad have the Power to Over Turn this?

All the I can say on the Matter is "That IF Redress Was JUST there would be no Need for the Statutory Trust Fund Bill"

The Great Michael Collins would have sorted the lot of them out. may he reat in peace although he must be turning in his grave at the distruction of the lives of Irish children in Industrial schools and young  Irish women in Magdalene Laundrys with  so many babies torn stolen from their heart broken Mothers to be sold to strangers .
