The Shame of Ireland

A snippet from caranua board meeting april 2016

  • That we should go tender for preferred suppliers for all services
  •  That aggression at outreach events is not acceptable and that they should be discontinued if this is the general experience

On point one if they are looking for suppliers to provide all services to survivors, this would be completely unacceptable to survivors and breach all kinds of data protection laws.

On point two what the hell do you expect when your pocketing 100s of 1000s of survivors money. Michael

Survivors should never be FORCED by Caranua to accept anything as it is not their money or what ever this is called meaning Caranua if a survivors needs a Product they get it it is their choice because then Survivors would have to Follow more guidelines to save the Caranua fund money and not use their own money on their own needs this is paramount  or simple this is just another welfare Department and this sure is NOT. It does not take TOP BRASS to check all details from Applications are in order so what the fuck is this all about so many THUGS on Board feeding their PIGG-OUT FACES of GREED

People need to understand this is money that was given to survivors, pitiful though the amount may be, as compensation it is our fund and needs survivors to get in and take control of its management.

Survivors of a institutions run by the government and the Catholic Church have to stand shoulder to shoulder with all cases of abuse industrial schools Magdalena laundrys mother and baby homes and Betheney homes
The government have managed to separate each group as if they are different. This has only led to further Abuse of all concerned. The fact is no government has any Concerns for survivors going back to the Redress board the Government's and the Catholic Church thinking was how much this will cost regardless of the human cost to survivors
Caranua is a perfect example of this by controlin who they are willing to help and making beggars of survivors and putting them into boxes with claims of all being Drunks and Drug addicts they have managed to get away with this for far to long Is there an answer to this that the government are willing to address I am afraid not. The government are the problem not the solution as they are the Abusers together with the Catholic Church
The idia of pensions has come up many times and as far as I can see is the faires way of giving justice to survivors and also gives children of survivors some help as all have suffered due to the collusion of Church and state. Otherwise the survivors who have suffered as a derect result of giving immunity to the Catholic Church should be withdrawn and the way should be open for survivors of abuse to take the Orders that ran these Hell holes to court.
