The Shame of Ireland

The Shame of Ireland

After 2 months a reply from Minister Paul Kehoe & my reply to him on Novartis corruption

to me

Dear Ms. Byrne,

The Minister with Responsibility for Defence, Mr. Paul Kehoe, T.D., has asked me to reply to your email of 24th April 2018.

Firstly, let me express my sincere sympathies to you on the loss of your brother whom you say  previously served on two missions as a member of the Permanent Defence Force in The Congo.

In your email, you reference the deaths of soldiers in the 1960’s. I have been informed by the Military Authorities that the Defence Forces do not keep statistical information on the cause of death of former soldiers, therefore I am unable to comment in this regard.

Furthermore, you outline some concerns regarding medications with particular reference to a drug made by Novartis. As matters regarding pharmaceuticals and the pharmaceutical industry are not within the remit of The Minister with Responsibility for Defence or the Department of Defence, I have forwarded your correspondence to The Department of Health for their consideration. If you have any further specific queries, you might consider referring these to the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA), the regulatory body for licensing medications in Ireland.

Yours sincerely,

PRIVATE SECRETARY TO THE

MINISTER WITH RESPONSIBILTY FOR DEFENCE

My Reply today 15th June 2018 to the above which was sent to me on this day also

Dear Minister for Defence

Mr Paul Kehoe,
Thank you for your Secretary's Reply.
With something so urgent about assaults by the Pharma Industry I thought it would have taken sooner than almost 2 months that you could reply.
It is not in your Remit is the Opt Out Clause for many Government departments.
It is not in your Remit that retired Army officers such as Peadar Duffy and retired Garda Assistant Commissioner Tony Hickey run a Security company in Ireland named RMI Securities who state that they will go to any level to protect the Pharma Industry.  Indeed Tony Hickey was nominated to set up Whistleblower Confidential by the then Government of that time.  Whistleblower Confidential was on the same Website as RMI Securities - Entrapment Minister for information on whistleblowers
Yet there is no trace of Whistleblower Confidential today and Tony Hickey is on the Board of RMI Securities.  There is involvement also with Novartis.
Is it not in your Remit Minister for Departent of Defence not to protect every citizen in Ireland.
You stand shameful & corrupt with Novartis and all of Leinster House and that is in MY Remit to state for I know it to be true as I suffer Novartis crimes.
Sir Nigel Rodley Lawyer for UN stated that my case has to go to International Criminal Courts against Ireland but isn't that exactly what you Minister and all FG Government have gone to criminal lengths to cover up.
Again I state to you Shame on you & such a corrupt evil Government of today.
Teri Byrne
In the interest of transparency this is a Public reply.
