The Shame of Ireland

A Media Attack on #TeamErica #SideBySide

Late Last Night I was made aware of an Article in the Irish Independent Newspaper.

I read it with disbelief as I have been following Erica's Struggle to find Permanent Accommodation and she has been Highlighting a lot of Social Justice Issues!

You can Read the Article at the following Link

http://www.independent.ie/irish-news/homeless-campaigner-erica-refused-two-house-offers-34981951.html

Bellow are a few Screen Grabs to save you time >

As you can see an internal Document was shown to the Author of the Article.

Dublin City Council cannot be Trusted to keep Citizens Information Confidential!

This is Very Alarming and probably a Breach of Data Protection Law?

The Journalist then goes on to write

This is completely at odds and obviously Misquoted Erica

How on earth did the Indo get private information about any person whether they are on welfare or wealthy it should not matter our privacy laws must be that PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL - the council can offer a person a house but as Erica stated can most definitely be unsuitable and like I have said on here many times our authorities including government try to divide and conquer and put one class against the other in this country. You must remember that our country Ireland is one of the most corrupt countries in the world. I myself am on a RAS scheme (Rental Accommodation Scheme Private Landlord Rental) and have been waiting for housing for almost eight years and nothing not one offer and I live in a rural area well outside Dublin. Because I am in private rental I can get a thirty day notice anytime to move and there's no where to move too if that was to happen, the council tell me I'm adequately housed but I have no security and I live in fear every day of been told they want the house back or are selling. I have a child with special needs and my husband is in his sixties and we have no security at all.

Erica is doing the great fight...she has already been recorded on film stating that the HAP programme is not a home...it is a facility that will only direct monies from County Councils direct to Private Landlords...and many Private Landlords will not accept if they have a whiff of any tenant who asks the Pros and Cons...the County Councils throughout Ireland at present are offering those on the Housing Lists the HAP programme but no one is telling any of those who are granted such a programme - that Landlords have to sign up to at least 2 years...so it seems an OK offer for homeless people - they do not tell you that Landlords can change their minds at any time...to sell..or evict...where does that lead the vulnerable tenant...absolutely HOMELESS..Erica Fleming has researched all of this herself - she is telling the public the truth...and I have noted several times over the last months...certain people putting out hints at "she has already turned down two offers" - Erica has turned down a System's coverup of a false dream to the homeless...What is the HAP Programme - it is whereby a tenant on the Housing List of any County Council can seek a Private Residents and ask the Landlord if he or she will agree to HAP...I did not know that DCC are putting across such HAP agreed Landlords to Tenants...and this is in fact questionable..who are their private LandLords the are putting forward.  The HAP programme states it is between the person looking for accommodation and the Landlord and the person homeless or looking for accommodation who is on the Housing List has to then go to the County Council with this agreed tenancy between tenant and Lordlord...Therefore, I do not know how DCC are persecuting Erica Fleming #sidebyside...She has done no wrong...she has not gone to DCC with a proposed Housing Agreement between a Landlord and her, Erica.  Therefore there is a conspiracy against Erica...within hours before I noted from a certain Labour Senator that was and is no more some snide remarks about Erica...Let me give an example of the HAP programme...say for instance an apartment (in Erica's Case a two bed apartment would cost approx...€1,000 per month...DCC would pay (again I do not know exact costs) approx. €500 per month paid direct to Landlord (Note I am going at lowest figures) Erica would then have to find the shortfall of €500 per month PLUS pay a DCC council rent of at least €150 per month...Erica also stated before the illegal betrayal of her confidential info with DCC...that many Landlords will not sign up to the HAP...she is right...we need to ask the question then how have DCC got such Landlords to sign up to HAP...it is the Emperor's New Clothes Syndrome..the reality simply does not exist....
