Hi Steven you might wonder why we / i are so upset with caranua, heres a quick example, today i was refused a bag of coal from vincent de paul which caranua advises us to go to, because i got one last week how embarrassing is that, i am very worried about this cold spell thats coming, old house cold house,  i asked my advisor in caranua for help with the house 3 years ago, refused, i ask my new advisor to send me an application form 8 months ago for housing help as the rules have changed still have not received form, one of my  many tooth infections spread to my finger which i could of lost as it took nearly 2 months to shift the infection and is still touch and go as to wether its gone, i have been on antibiotics for a whole month, if it had spread somewhere else i could of died. Please contrast that with the nice life caranua staff are having with the wages taken from our money surely this cant be right.
I know you are not caranua staff and none of this is directed at you but i have sent many such emails to caranua over the years all of which are flat out ignored so what am i to do Steven?.  You remember when Ronan lied to you saying that i had not responded to his email when infact it was the other way around and would you believe it i still have not heard from him. How in gods name can they justify taking large wages from the fund. Sure if you fit mary higgins deluded ideas on what we need you may get help however the rest of us are left to rot. Im not some malcontent who didnt get a sports car i just really needed some help. Im pretty upset today.
