Redress

The legal fees paid out to solicitors and barristers by the Residential Institutions Redress Board came to light in recent days. Frank's wife is a survivor of abuse in a religious run instution and he spoke to Philip about their horror in discovering that legal firms earned millions of euro out of the work.

No Wonder So Many Law Firms Throughout Ireland Were Not Interested In Seeking Justice In Court  .....

The Church was contracted by our State paid by our State as "Carers" no inspection of how they provided their "Care".  The State has a "Duty of Care" yet to this day, they will not take legal action against the Church for fraud(not to mention no legal actions for criminal acts)

Now the State is allowing administrators of survivors funds abuse their role, in every sense of the word, the State is not taking any action to see what exactly Carranua  is doing with the Trust Fund they are supposed to be looking after.  Any new claims are now "capped" at 15,000 per  person, again how could this be allowed to happen, how could a contract be given to a group who do not meet the professional criteria of how to handle and administrate financial funds in the distribution of same and  cannot fathom what customer care truly means .
