Some changes to caranua guidelines after all

Just being going through updated guidelines on caranua, well well well,  now those of us in private rented housing can apply for home improvements, extract from new guidelines

You can apply for housing support no matter what type
of accommodation you live in. It could be a house, an
apartment or a caravan. It doesn’t matter if you own it,
have a mortgage on it or are renting it. It’s your home
and you’re entitled to apply to us for assistance that will
help you remain there in safety and comfort.

I applied for this over a year ago and was refused, appealed it and was refused again, just goes to show people we are having an effect. In saying that we shouldnt have to dig through reams of pdfs to find out, stick it in the latest news section for gods sake.

Sculduggery at its best. You can apply for anything that don't mean you will get it or even an answer which in itself would be an achievement
