Is it not absurd that there are survivors sitting at home right now that might have to go to bed early just to stay warm, survivors suffering health problems that have been refused medical help, survivors that need help with housing that have been refused, survivors whos needs fall outside the guidelines but the needs are there yet despite there being a function in the legislation to allow help to be given they are refused. And now a massive chunk of the fund is being spent on more staff to pay more people massive wages and all they have to do is tell survivors no go and beg off another service because we are not going to help you. It is nothing short of criminal.
