Hi John Hogan. I was in two schools. At 3years old I was put inti ST PATRICKS SCHOOL KI LKENNY by the court for the simple crime of wandering from a CO HOME. At 10 ysars I was taken to ST JOSEPH FERRYHOUSE CLONMEL. That was 1940 to1947 and then 1947 to 1953. That was a prison sentens of 13 years just for taking a walk. Even when I left the school without a penny to my name and taken to a farm to work i was left at there mercey working 80 to 90 hours a week and sleeping in a out shed. Thats the way they looked after us when we left prison
