I was so upset as when I was back from England  after a row with dad I was 17 I wanted to be home as I did not like England but I had nowhere to go no food no sleep only in streets or the back lane Dublin  one day I was caught taking  a bottle of milk from house door I was sent to grangegorman  when they heard I was in clonmel I was called a criminal so I was clased insane and put into st brendans  it was so dirty inhumane  conditions . more later
