The Shame of Ireland

The Shame of Ireland

Hi all just a just a quick question, my brother and i spent a lot of our child hood in defferent industrial schools, my first memmory is of my brother in a cot beside me in our ladys of the good  in shepherds

waterford , the last place been Ferry house, so this is my question befour we went into ferry house we were placed in foster care, the foster parent was as every bit as brutal as any in ferry house he was a judo expert and well you can work out the rest your self he did not sexually abuse but we went through serve  abuse. i have report him to the police who have said that there inspectior needs to read through the paper work to see if they will charge this man and will let me know in 3 weeks time is this  ? normal  also i have heard because its physical and emotional  the abuse may be concidered time spent, my abuse in the foster home took place in 1978 i thought that the law in ireland change so that abuse which had taken place years ago that the abuser could still be held responsible.
