The subject of Who should be allowed to "Vote" and what level of Voting activity is an important one!

Is a Simple Majority enough to carry an issue forward for action?

Should it be 100% of the Membership?

Do we accept the fact that not everyone will be able to vote because of "Holidays" or other "Personal" circumstances; this would in effect make 80% approximately equivalent of 100%?

Should it be decided on an issue by issue basis?

Endorsing a letter ie. to the Government, European Courts or other people that we wish to "Lobby" can be done on a simple "Numbers who Voted" after discusion.

I would really like your Feedback on this?
