The Structure of a Blog Means that Replies are in Date Order. That is First Post First
A Discussion takes Place in the Forum which has Categories that you can Assign you Discussion to.
This is more Topic Based Conversation this is more suitable for Ideas and Issues and On Going things that Develop over Time.
So News Articles, Experiences and Advice or things that Develop a Theme or Logical Argument; Are Best Discussed there.
