Sorry Folks, Want to focus some time on this but still promoting the Vote against the Statutory Fund, Got some email lists and trying to send between 3000 and 9,000 email it is taking a lot of time!

On Topic! I have the details of a man in Australia who has information on the "Sisters of Mercy" (you have got to be kidding, under The Trade Discriptions Act) running similar trials in Australia!!

These Vaccine Trial look like the Drug companies WORLD WIDE!

this was part of prison life . when did it start in the instutions for children. it might have gone on for years and years ' did thay do this in the madelaine homes .all the doctors who injected us knew very well that it was not a choise nor did thay ask us .

Hi Robert...yes, I know Paddy well and occasionally post on his site (as culchiewoman). I had hoped to catch up with Paddy while in Ireland last week, but sadly we couldn't make it work. And no, he isn't aware of the Dublin solicitor I'm working with. Actually, I had my first, real non-e-mail chat with this fellow, Vincent Shannon, last week. Vincent/Shannon Solicitors apparently is already working with several survivors of residential institution abuse on suits against the religious orders. In my case, Vincent wants to proceed with a test-the-waters precedent case hinging on the abrogation of my and my mother's rights; he will undertake a second case for a fellow in Cork who has bizarre vaccine markings all over his body and suffered seizures as an infant. And although he was also born at Bessboro' as I was in 1960, he didn't get to file or interview with Laffoy before the commission was shut down. So he doesn't know whether he was part of the trials or in what group. So Vincent wants to use his case as a precedent for cause of harm in the vaccine trials. The plan is to present the two cases, which he feels are pretty solid. If we are successful, then that should open the doors to *anyone* who was used as a guinea pig in a drugs or vaccine trial, in any home. I think the best thing to do now by way of support is to keep hammering on the Dept of Health, the religious orders (primarily Sacred Heart) and Glaxo SmithKline to reopen the investigation, allow Laffoy to do its job and resolve this issue. People have legitimate questions and concerns: what were the potential side effects? Why was no follow-up done? Why were we, among Ireland's most vulnerable citizens, chosen for these trials? How much money changed hands? Etc.

Is this Solicitor Good? Seems unusual for an Irish Solicitor to be so willing to go against the establishment??

I have been in touch with Geaffrey Robbinson re the Injustices that arose from the Redress Board; the indemnity Deal, Stautory Fund and loads of othe grievances that Survivors have! He Blew me out just a QC trying to sell a book! He also sits on the U.N. Court

You're welcome to share it, Robert. I can't honestly say how good Shannon is, having only just started dealing with him. He e-mailed me right after the August Indo pieces on the vaccine trials and my first thought was "Uh oh, ambulance chasers already!" But he seems very keen and brave to expose the corruption in the Church and go after their coffers. Time will tell, eh? I can keep you posted on what I think of him as we get further into it...he'll be traveling to the UK soon to depose/interview my mum.

I have so many Injection marks ,even on my legs my bum looks like the Moon My local Doctor asked me years what I had them all for I didn't know ;I do remember Doctors or whatever they were coming to Goldenbridge given us injections and pink suger lumps I do remember we were sent to bed after been injected and the Metal taste in my mouth afterwards and feeling really sick.Any Idea's ,I was also taken to Harcourt Street hospital for months I was there yet They said they had NO medical Records for me even though I remembered the names of the Doctors.how did I know that if I was not there. why were they doing all sorts to me ??????

Apparently if you file a formal complaint with the Department of Health they must follow through and investigate.  Before filing, I would get a complete statement, photos, etc. from your GP, along with what, in his/her professional opinion the marks resemble.  If you need help, address, etc. let me know at mari_tee@yahoo.com.

It's impossible to file any complaint ,didn't get me anywhere before ,brick wall's as far as medical records are concerned. or hearing back from any of these people.they said the records not there anymore . gives me a headache. all we get is silence. and NO I never have been a member of any Group nor used any services DON'T WISH TO, They are designed to hold survivors Back in the past .so that we don't fight for our own rightful Compansation to each survivor which is what should happen and should have happened from the start  ,and NOT TO THOSE GROUPS.in a word they are getting OUR compansation while real survivors get nothing.  This is a form of bullying against us Survivors caused by THE GOVERNMENT.

just a quick note regarding somebody who "doesn't know whether he was part of the trials or in what group". from what i was told by a government of the day appointed lawyer no evidence was found of a trial but he would let me know if any came to light. alot of people received the exact same letter. just a change in names!
