Just to remind the Government that we haven’t gone away; that the publication of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Report was not the end of the matter. That report is only the beginning.…Continue

if i understood correct years ago there was a quoted amount of money to be "awarded" to all complainants who believed that they might have been part of a trial. ofcourse if they since deny that there is any evidence of a trial they would insist there was no trial but complainants likewise can insist that they believe they were used in a trial. political partys must not be allowed to get away with crimes against "free citizens" (or were we infact all prisoners?) and must be held to account. the decades may be passing but the cases are not going away. politics is personal. there must be full accountability. it is not who i was nor who i am but who i could have been and that bloody hurts (still).

want to respond to everybody but there is not a reply area for each message so got to just say something here! nobody who was in 'care' (and still fighting years later for justice) can be blamed for associating 'care' with prison. however even prisoners should have human rights. "missing" records is a war tactic. can be argued that in the absence of records the complainant can not be contradicted with regards to their claim (s) ! not got yet any real experience with a group so can not comment presently. court should always have been an option and right as a free citizen if indeed and infact one at all.

Good comment, Jack...and definitely taken on board.  And as Andrew says, we certainly haven't gone away (nor will go away).  We're still fighting this.  Conall O'Fatharta did a great piece in today's Examiner focusing on the vaccine trials files held by the Sacred Heart order at Bessboro (where I was born and part of the 60-61 trials).  He'll be running more, too.  RTE will also be focusing on it in an upcoming episode of Prime Time (still in the midst of filming).  A bunch of us just send 'adverse affect' online complaints through Glaxo SmithKline Ireland's website:

certainly i was used by Welcome (it can change it's name but it's child abuse a matter of public record) and the hit a bullet to the brain but survived. if you present intelligent and articulate people don't get you!

Follow up on solicitor Vincent Shannon...he's a no-go.  After sending me a two others on the merry-go-round, he dropped us like hot potatoes.  Either he doesn't want to hoe the long road or he doesn't want to fight the establishment.  But we ain't dead yet....
