of course it does because it doesnt change. once things have been drilled into our minds. and never having learnt what we should have been learning leaves a hole forever. learning to be totally different to what we were thought takes a lot of years. when i think of the total lack of empathy shown by the religous it was cruelty at all times between indifference or hate.looking but never seeing.
