Hello to all of us Survivors. Its been a week since the Information Day in Birmingham, was wondering if anyone attended and how it all went. I believe it was arranged by caranua, and would like to know how helpful (or not) they were.
I had a call from one of the caranua's helpers the other week simply because he was asked to by a minister's secretary. We had a chat but he only told me how to apply for help and what that help would be, I specifically told him that it is financial…

Hello to all Survivors, has anyone got information as to what is happening with caranua, Eileen Mcmahon promised another meeting in January or February but nothing so far. Can anyone shed information on what is going on as we all feel caranua should be closed, I applied for financial help (as the money is ours) some time ago, have heard nothing so the lady that received 38.000 was a very lucky lady, would like to know how long she had to wait for help. but would like to know how she…

Can You get your Friends to sign?
Because
The Money was given as "additional Compensation"!
It is 500 million Euros Short!
It replaces the Education fund a net gain of 60 million Euros!
Survivors should not have to go cap in hand to their Abusers in time of need /crisis!
As a Trust Fund the Trustees CORI and The Ministry of Education have the right to turn people down who they feel do not fit the criteria the set many survivors are elderly or in dire financial circumstances!
Hi Elizabeth, just wondered if you might be related to Mr Nicholas in Tipperary he is a very well known Historian and Genealogist. I am from Tipperary ,it's not a common name , hope all is well with you. glad to meet you on this site .
couldn't even get driving lessons for a family member out of that Education Fund. or funding for my Niece , phoned many times at my expense no joy there Christine Buckley should not have been on that board . Who are the 4 EX survivors they are putting on the board of The Statuary Trust Fund????????? The Survivors must have their democratic right to be informed about this and have a VOTE . although That Statuary Trust Fund IS A BIG FAT CON

Happy New Year Elizabeth, Survivors being confused about The Statuary Trust Fund was the States very Intention the only people who seem to be for it and benefit from it are those Group leaders (So Called. ) and those who are benefiting from it they are The So called Services for Survivors who only look after themselves ) They are in Bed with the State and Church.
