Well we the people who the fund belongs to never wanted caranua, if someone other than Mary Higgins was CEO it might of served a purpose but given her now widely known contempt for survivor's it was always going to be a disaster, she talks about most being happy wit her well we have well over 400 members here with thousand's open thousands of documents and stories there is not one positive remark for caranua or the queen of misinformation herself the self deluded moron Mary Higgins

The Setting up of Caranua was a forgone Conclusion

Dear Mr Northall,

I apologise for the delay in responding to your e-mails of 22 September. This e-mail address is no longer monitored on a regular basis as it was set up for the sole purpose of receiving submissions relating to the public consultation process in regard to the Statutory Fund.

The position in regard to the proposed Fund is that all of the responses received in relation to the consultation process are being considered now. It will then be a matter for the Government to consider the precise arrangements for the Statutory Fund, including who will be entitled to benefit from it, how it will operate and the uses to which it will be put. Following the Government's consideration of the matter the relevant legislation will be brought before Dáil Éireann.

As there are quite a number of steps involved it is not possible to give a definite time scale in relation to the establishment of the Fund. I do not believe that there is any official website regarding the business to be transacted at Government meetings. Details of legislative business coming before the Houses of the Oireachtas are available on the website

No decision has been made yet regarding how the views, etc received in the public consultation process will be made available.

Why has RauiriQuinnTD dismissed 713 Signatures against the Statutory Trust Fund When the responses to the Consultation process are fewer?

Why has Mr Paddy Doyle not received any replies to his Correspondence on his Petition on the Statutory Trust fund when he has emailed all the Members of the Dáil Éireann?

Is what Rauiri Quinn said @ regarding the H.S.E.  TRUE?

I hope that at least one of you will have the Decency to ask these Questions?

Yours Sincerely

Rob Northall
